5. Paid Features and Credits
Users may purchase digital credits to access premium features or platform services.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency or transferred to another account.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or credit structures at any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content, you grant Find A Co-Host a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:
- User compatibility or successful matches
- Continuous or error-free operation
- Accuracy of user-provided information
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find A Co-Host shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find A Co-Host from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms.
